Guitar Giveaway

The sponsor of this giveaway is Find Your Sound Academy ("FYSA").

The giveaway is open to eligible individuals who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and who meet all other eligibility requirements stated in these Official Rules.

Employees, contractors, owners, and immediate family members of Find Your Sound Academy, as well as individuals living in their households, are not eligible to enter.

The giveaway is open to residents of Massachusetts, subject to applicable law.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The giveaway begins at 12am September 15, 2026** and ends at **12am October 15, 2026.

All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period. Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

Item deEligible individuals may enter the giveaway by completing the official giveaway entry form at the Find Your Sound Academy booth at Bedford Day 2026 or through any other entry method specifically designated by FYSA during the Giveaway Period.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period, regardless of the method of entry.

Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, duplicated, automated, or submitted through fraudulent means may be disqualified at the sole discretion of FYSA.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded:

Grand Prize: One guitar — Fender Squier Strat,** Crate guitar amp, (1) 1/4" cable, guitar strap, and guitar gig bag. Approximate retail value of **$150.

The prize is provided "as is" and may not be exchanged for cash. The winner may not transfer, assign, or sell the prize to another person.

FYSA reserves the right, if circumstances require, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

In addition to the guitar, the Grand Prize will include four classes of music lessons through Find Your Sound Academy, with an approximate retail value of $400. Lessons are subject to FYSA's normal scheduling and availability policies and must be used within 90 days **of the winner being notified.**

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The random drawing will take place on or about October 16, 2026.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The drawing will be conducted by Find Your Sound Academy.

The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided on the entry form.

The potential winner must respond within 30 days of notification.

Before receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to verify eligibility, provide identification or other information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility, and sign any required affidavit, release, or other documentation.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, FYSA may select an alternate winner through another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.Item description

The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other expenses associated with accepting or using the prize, if applicable.

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash redemption value.

FYSA is not responsible for any costs associated with transportation, delivery, maintenance, accessories, lessons beyond those specifically included in the prize, or any other expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Find Your Sound Academy, which are final and binding with respect to matters relating to the giveaway, to the extent permitted by law.

FYSA reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, attempts to interfere with the operation of the giveaway, submits fraudulent information, or otherwise acts in a manner that FYSA reasonably determines to be unfair or inappropriate.

If the giveaway cannot be conducted as planned because of circumstances beyond FYSA's reasonable control, including technical failures, fraud, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or other events that affect the integrity or proper operation of the giveaway, FYSA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway, subject to applicable law.Item description

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Find Your Sound Academy and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from or relating to participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.Item description

Entering the giveaway should not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing communications unless the entrant separately and affirmatively agrees to receive such communications.
